Article summary

In a recent reserch scientists have found that athletes taking protien and vitamin supplements are not aware of their diet.  They are taking energy drinks and vitimins that they dont need.  Studies show that over 81 percent of athletes were taking some sort of energy supplement that dont need it for any legitiment reason.  Some of the atheletes are saying that they need it to keep their game up, when really, they dont.
