journal entry #2

       Soo yesterday, I went to school and it was a basic boring schoolday.  In biology we had to pair up and one person had to stare at a fan and count hopw much they blinked.  Me and my friend put my partners hair in pigtails and took pictures! it was really funny.  The around seven I had to go to the open house night with my mom.  It was kind of boring because i already knew everything that they were talking about.

I cannot say how much i do not like mondays.  I have really awsome plans for this weekend and then i have to wait four more days.  Mondays, not cool.  Thery're like the worst day of the week I think.  I mean everyone is unhappy, they hate having to wake up early after two days og sleeping in.  I just wanted to write a little bit about my day and so far its not that great.  So, yeah. Happy monday.

my career goals

What I want to be when I am older, is an Optomatrist.  An Optomatrist is an eye doctor.  I have my whole college plan worked out already.  I'm going to go to ASU for my first four years, and then I'm going to go to Midwestern University for my four years of medical school.  I have chosen this because I've always wanted to woerk in the medicle field, but i hate blood, so working with microscopes and distance between the acual body part is good for me.  I think this would be good for me because I would love to have a regular job that makes a good mount of money.

why i like sports.

                  The reason i like sports is because they're fun.  Some sports that i have played in the past were some of the funnest times of my life.  A couple years ago i played on a volleyball team and we were called the sparks.  In my experience i have made a lot of new friends and some that i still talk to today.  Last year i played softball for my school, and i didnt reallly enjoy it i think because of some of the people that i played with.  I think that me not getting along with some of the people on my team kind of ruined the experince for me and i wish i could have made the best of what i had instead of just thinking it would never get better.  I also did gymnastics when I was about 8 and i stayed with it for a while, like about 4 years.  I really enjoy playing sports and i hope to do something this year.

          What would happen if a child was left in a hot car for a long period of time?  Well recently a mother left her daughter ina hot car for a period of an hour and a half.  The child was extremly dehidrated and it was unsure if she suffered from a heat stroke.  It is srtill unknown if the mother will be  charged with child endangerment or not.    I think that the mother should be taken away from her child and charged with child endangerment, because she was puttng the child at risk.  Her daughter almost died and she didn't really care.  I think any one who leaves their kids, pets or any living thing in a burning hot car should be punished.

yesterday

     Yestrday i went to school and made bubbles.  It was the bubble olympics and me and my partner were in the top 2 but ours poped.  The other team got lolly pops and bubblegum.  Other than that, my was not very exciting.  I had to go to my friends house to pick up my charger so i got to hang out with my friend for a while.  And that was my day.

        Yesterday was pretty normal for most of the day.  Until i got to biology and learned how to make bubbles!  We had a contest of  who could make the biggest bubble.  Me and my partner didnt win but we had a lot of fun messing around with the soap and stuff.  So that was my fantastic day of bubbles.

ken robinson

          Ken Robinson talks about how public education is killing creativity.  He makes some good points about how noone focuses on the arts anymore.  How parents are shooting down there kids dreams of doing something in the arts. Such as a musician or an artist, or like an actor or actress.  I think that he was very insirational and that he was right about publcic schools killing creativity.

randomness

        For my random blog today I'm going to write about my family.  I have one sister and she is 10 years old. I live with my mom and my dad.  I have 2 dogs and 3 cats.  I believe that i have the fattest cats ever.  One is alom,st 40 pounds and the other is about 25.  And thats basically it for my family.

yesterday...

      Yesterday was my 3rd day of high school.  I started out in spanish class where we recieved our spanish names.  Mine stayed the same but she made me take out the h so its samanta.  I'm just glad that i didnt get a weird name.  After spanish i went to math and math wasnt the most exciting class.....  Media productions class is my 3rd hour and we made and personalized our blogs.  Then i had p.e. and we got our lockers.  I had to change lockers 3 times because each time the locks wouldn't open.  And basically my day was very ordinary and noninteresting.
